福島第一原発の周辺では、東日本大震災から3年近く経ってなお、飼い主とはぐれた犬や猫がさまよっている。そこには、そういったペットをなんとかしようと活動を続ける支援団体・ボランティア・自治体などの様々な動きがあります。
